近年来，方城县赵河镇始终把巩固脱贫攻坚成效同乡村振兴有效衔接作为最大的政治任务，紧盯脱贫成色提升，多措并举，持续巩固脱贫成果，保障农民持续稳定增收，推动乡村振兴。
一是压实帮扶责任。聚焦“四个不摘”工作要求，坚持把防止返贫作为巩固脱贫成果的首要任务，盯细节、抓过程、保结果，定期对村支书、驻村第一书记召开会议，安排部署当前具体工作任务，引领思路，进一步压实“摘帽不摘责任”，抓好“一户一策”的后续帮扶措施落实，确保把帮扶工作做到群众心坎儿上。
二是建立监测机制。健全完善数据比对预警机制和监测预警责任机制，实行分级分类动态监测，认真开展贫困户生产需求调查，通过逐户分析、逐村研判，进一步明确各村产业扶贫方向，加快培育新型农业经营主体，进一步发挥产业扶贫的支撑带动作用，把防止返贫致贫作为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的重要举措，真正把各项监测帮扶措施落到实处，确保稳定脱贫。
三是狠抓产业发展。按照“西菜、东烟、南粮、北山”的工作思路，秉持着“企业带产业、产业富群众”的发展理念，把产业扶贫作为持续增强已脱贫群众“造血”能力的重要方法，积极引进优强龙头企业，延长产业链条，提升产业效益，将产业发展与脱贫攻坚有机衔接，切实巩固脱贫成果，实现产业兴旺带动乡村振兴。（通讯员：聂东明）
