（通讯员 赵秦臻）近日，延安铁路公安处米脂站派出所组织开展最小作战单元训练，进一步提升全体民警辅警有效应对各类警情的处置能力。
训练中，米脂站派出所教官张诚洲重点围绕三人处置小组的现场控制、警务战术、安全防范、警械武器使用等方面进行了讲解学习，同时组织民辅警开展模拟对抗训练，对动作不规范、配合不到位、防范有漏洞等情况及时纠正，力求做到全面、标准、规范。
全体参训民辅警通过认真学习、逐项训练，对最小作战单元现场处置有了全新的认识和理解，有效掌握了现场控制和处置突发事件的战术和技能，有效提升了全警协同作战能力，为执勤办案、维稳处突打下了坚实基层。
