国网南乐县供电公司通过完善管理体制和内控机制、加强指导督导，深化业扩报装领域突出问题专项整治，取得了明显成效。
该公司纪委督促营销部对照业扩报装领域5个方面16个排查要点制定专项整治方案，成立以纪委办牵头、由营销等部门组成的专项工作组，通过查阅资料、明察暗访、现场查看、走访客户等方式进行检查督导。将业扩报装领域突出问题纳入举报范围，在营业厅、班组等公开监督二维码，职工群众扫码“一键直达”，实现全天候、全景式监督，以“专业+监督”的方式促进监督效能最大化，有效提升业扩报装体外循环问题治理效能。
