“以比促学、以赛促训”，为持续推进运营条线专业化、高质量转型，打造学习型团队，提升运营服务人员专业能力和综合素养，增强运营团队的凝聚力和战斗力，富德生命人寿第八届“创优杯”运营条线业务技能竞赛火热开赛，打造“博学、慎思、明辨、笃行”的学习文化，提高营运员工学习、风控、创新和服务能力。本次竞赛时间为6月-7月，共分四大赛事：兼职讲师比武、专业知识比武、线上知识比赛，所有营运条线员工全员参赛。
富德生命人寿洛阳中支曾于2020年获得第六届“创优杯”业务技能竞赛的河南团体第一名、2021年获得第七届“创优杯”业务技能竞赛的河南团体第二名的好成绩。今年的技能竞赛，洛阳中支营运部的小伙伴们充分准备，苦练技能，以饱满的热情全员参赛。
