平安产险杭州中支：开展“世界读书日”读书沙龙活动
4月23日，为了让广大员工养成读书的良好习惯，提高广大员工的综合素质和能力水平，平安产险杭州中支在职场内开展了“世界读书日”沙龙活动。
在读书沙龙活动中，呼吁员工多读书、读好书、善读书，在阅读中增长知识、启迪智慧、提升素质、凝聚力量。按照“选定一本书、每天抽出一小时、每月读透一本书”的要求，采用“线上+线下”相结合的方式，充分利用业余时间进行广泛阅读。
本次读书交流活动的开展，在平安产险杭州中支倡导了读书学习的良好风气，为员工搭建了思想交流的平台，有效提升了员工的文化素养，营造了良好的企业文化氛围。
