为进一步增强新消防员灭火作战能力基础，四川省森林消防总队新训大队严密组织班（组）灭火行动训练。
大队始终坚持“科学组训，严格施训”的训练理念，重点在“练指挥、练技能”上下功夫。通过理论授课、实践练习、总结提高等方法，使班（组）人员熟练掌握基本编成、基本指挥、基本队形、基本协同和基本保障，确保提升班（组）灭火行动训练的效果。训练过程中，各班采取“战术融合式”的训练方法，深入开展班（组）灭火战术训练。班长骨干对于模拟出现的不同场景，合理采取“递进超越、强攻推进、紧急避险”等战法开展训练，在战法运用中增强默契配合、在分工协作中体会战术要领。
通过此次训练，使新消防员熟练掌握了灭火装备使用和班（组）灭火行的组织程序，稳步提升了中队整体作战的综合实力，为下步更好遂行灭火救援任务打下坚实基础。（申博）
