张兆明， 1955年 生于江苏 徐州 ， 国家一级美术师 ， 教授 ，进修于中央美术学院， 鲁迅 美术 学院、 中国美术家协会 会员、中国版画家协会会员、中国工业版画研究院研究员、中国东北雪书画艺术研究院院长、鸡西市群众艺术馆 美术 研究员、鸡西市美术家协会副主席， 1993年 文化部 命名的“鸡西版画之乡”组织者之一。
1993年 文化部命名的“ 鸡西 版画之乡”组织者之一。 1983年 创建张兆明画室，为全国 美术 学院培养输送了数百名美术人才，2003年出版《张兆明素描三小时》画集， 2009年 出版《张兆明山水画集》
2010年 出版《张兆明·东北雪画集》， 2012年出版《张兆明·东北雪作品》集， 2012年 出版《东北雪情》画集。并有多幅作品发表在《人民日报》《美术报》《收藏快报》《中国画》《中国书画博览》《中国书画收藏年鉴》《中国画收藏》《中国艺术报道》《画苑》《新中国美术家选集》《 美术 界》《当代名家》等刊物。
