瑞霞砂锅成立于1964年，前身是国营市场砂锅居， 1993年以前一直是国营饭店，经房屋拆迁建远大鞋城动迁。后搬迁到革新街258号，经过几十年的历史在哈尔滨人的心中享有盛誉。尤其是老年人，是永远忘不掉的味觉记忆。
随着公司的发展，产品结构、经营模式的不断地调整。到目前为止，现瑞霞老砂锅居已拥有百余家加盟店，并正以更快的速度进行市场的拓展。
