为丰富员工文化生活，倾力为职工打造“家”文化，激发干事创业的热情，农发行古县支行按照“因地制宜、规模适度、功能多元、节俭办事”的原则，持续开展好“职工小家”建设工作。
一是规范“职工之家”档案资料，健全职工之家建设专题研究资料；二是配置“职工之家”活动室、图书室的硬件，完善“职工之家”硬件设施条件；三是制定“职工之家”文体活动开展计划，并按时开展好“职工之家”文体活动。
下一步，农发行古县支行持续加强职工之家建设，打造出“有温度”的职工之家，进一步增强了职工群体的满意度与归属感，使队伍焕发出服务“三农”、干事创业的热情。
