为进一步优化营商环境，强化技能人才保障，方城县四里店镇着力推进“人人持证、技能河南”工作，有效提升了劳动力技能人才占比，提高持证率，助力企业用工结构的优化。
围绕“人人持证、技能河南”工作目标，四里店镇多次召开推进会，从用工企业及合作社岗位需求实际出发，认真分析全镇劳动力现状、就业需求、技能培训路径等。在每月16日企业帮扶日这天，工作人员积极主动到该镇劳动力相对集中地区的用工企业及农民专业合作社，摸排人员培训意愿和用工需求，结合实际，明晰培训类别，提高培训的操作性、指导性，促进培训工作有序有效推进，做到应培尽培、能培尽培，为企业和合作社持续输送技能型人才。
