“在家门口就能看到这么精彩的演出，既饱了眼福，又学到了很多政策上的知识，还提升了自己的文明素养，我们特别开心。”近日，方城县赵河镇文化广场锣鼓喧天，热闹非凡。南阳市曲剧团的精彩演出，吸引了十里八乡的乡亲们，他们一边看戏一边讨论，高兴劲难以掩饰。
赵河镇举办这场为期3天的“唱大戏”，是继春节期间组织开展丰富多彩的“民俗文化表演”活动后又一文化盛宴。
近年来，赵河镇为响应全国文明城市创建，推进农村文化振兴，促进乡村文明建设，立足现有的民间文化资源，采取请进来的方式，开展丰富多彩的文化惠民活动。为使文化活动更接地气，该镇要求每场演出都要体现乡土特色、内容健康向上、形式丰富多样、农民喜闻乐见。该镇还把宣传党的富民政策、法律常识贯穿演出全过程，起到寓教于乐的效果。
