南乐县供电公司纪委：立足服务监督 畅通服务渠道
国网南乐县供电公司纪委立足“监督的再监督”职责定位，通过专项督查、明察暗访等形式，聚焦电力保供、优质服务等方面开展监督，确保上级重大决策部署在公司得到有效落实。
近日，国网南乐县供电公司纪委督促相关部门根据“三零、三省”要求，强力引擎企业服务效能，让低压用户“零上门、零审批、零投资”；工业企业和10千伏及以上高压企业用电更“省心、省力、省钱”。重点围绕发展解需求，成立企业服务专班，主动对接产业集聚区，实行上门服务，开展前期规划设计、电网运维检修、优质用电等全链条、全流程服务，靠前了解项目投产安排、用电诉求，开辟报装受理、现场勘查、方案答复、验收送电等环节“绿色通道”，确保项目按期可靠供电，让用电工程“一链串到位”。
