该行坚持实事求是原则，多措并举、内外部协同发力，利用一切合法手段开展“地毯式”排查。一是通过查阅档案资料、内外部检查资料、纪检档案资料等，对容易发生问题的关键领域和特殊岗位方面开展细致检查。二是走访相关人员。充分开展谈心谈话，围绕“靠金融吃金融”问题重点对员工“八小时之外”等情况进行深入了解，精准掌握员工思想动态。三是查询有关信息。通过中国执行信息网、中国裁判文书网、国家信用公示平台等查询员工是否涉嫌违法违纪问题，认真做好日常监督管理。
下一步，该行将以本次排查工作为契机，建立长效工作机制，强化内监督检查，强化员工知敬畏、存戒惧、守底线的纪律意识，推动树立正确价值观，营造风清气正的金融生态和清廉金融文化。
